We've booked our shuttle for June, sent off our passports for renewal and the next thing to think about is good travel insurance, both for the UK and for Europe.
In our former life as caravanners, we used the AA at home and Red Pennant for France.
We only need European cover for 3 weeks maximum in June. Our MH is a Swift Bolero 6.5 metres long. The AA don't do European cover and won't cover the MH here as it's slightly too wide. Green Flag will cover the MH in the UK, but their European cover doesn't seem as all-encompassing as Red Pennant.
What suggestions or advice can anyone give us?

In future it may be better to get breakdown cover included in the motorhome insurance. It is usually cheaper that way. And our insurers (Safeguard) offer full European breakdown cover via guess who - the AA. And my motorhome is 7.5m long and 4.5t
