Beeches car park, Cirencester - the ‘Travellers’ are back…..!

Once again the best Motorhome-friendly car park in Ciren has been partially taken over by members of the ‘travelling fraternity’, meaning that the best spots for Moho parking are currently occupied by caravans..
This is an annual occurrence (seemingly) and, no doubt, they’ll be gone in a week or so. In the meantime, if you were hoping to use The Beeches for overnighting, make other arrangements…….. The Golden Farm pub is only a few hundred yards away - and they serve good food too!

The Police need to engage with the landowner and the leaders of the travelling community and they will be away in 24 hours much like the ones in Windsor Great Park did

I remember you posting the same thing last year . I guess they travel around the same routes and use the same places . It’s a shame they can’t be stopped or moved on quicker .

Yes - they’re a couple of weeks early this year……must be due to COVID……..?

There is a Hight Court order on our local regular sites now. Eviction in 24 hours, they haven’t been back since.

Why the hell can't they just fine them.
Yes I know your all going to say (they won't pay)
But the vehicles must be registered to an address and if the fines are not PAID the bailiffs will be round take it AWAY.

I'm sure they would soon learn if only they were ever thought .
