Hey guys, Happy New Year.

Has anyone tried the Bearmach Fridge / Freezers? I've just ordered one to incorporate a 52l into my self build however I was curious if anyone else was running one?

They do look to be exceptional value for money if they are actually any good. I'm also happy to let everyone know how I get on when I can give it a proper test.

Cheers

From other forums (Land Rover ones) they get fairly good reviews for their price.

Yes, they are superb.

Got mine from a customer who dropped it in for repairs.

He could not wait for us to look at it and bought a new one.

I repaired it for £16 and use it in the car or take as extra cooling on long stays.

Where did you manage to source parts? I’m trying currently and having a nightmare finding them. Thanks

It was running 100% freezing food.
It needed a new thermostat (electronic version which is actually an NTC).

I too could not get parts. So I ordered a cheap controller off eBay with a sensor inside and used that.

cost about£12

That’s the exact issue I have. I don’t suppose you remember the name do you?

Doesn’t seem to come up with that item number, so you by any chance have the name? Thanks :)
