Beach parking Portugal

Having now posted this in the correct country?/

I see there are restriction on motor homes parking within 500 metre of a beach, is this only night time or 24 hrs. We used quite often drive places by the sea to have lunch or dinner at a restaurant before going to a campsite.

Stays outside official sites/aires etc and outside protected natural areas now allowed for up to 48hrs at a time within each municipality. ( …..the average time a casette will last🤣)...

However, most beach car parks have specific no motorhome signs, at any time.
