I’ve been aware about the growing level of caustic conversations creeping into the forum - mainly about Brexit , Covid lockdowns and less important topics. I am pretty sure that the current stress levels are a factor in this and whilst I haven’t been at the receiving end ,(yet) reading it starts to bring me down - and I reach out to the forum continually for humour and great ideas (all of which remains in spades ) .

whilst we may disagree on subjects I’d urged you to take a breath before stabbing at the keyboard and consider what is written before you hit post - because it’s really hard to take it back .

be nice or at least respectful to each other even if you don’t agree .

now I will check all my previous posts to see if I have been guilty of this ;-) - pretty sure I haven’t .

Well said.I enjoy following travellers and some of the technical stuff that's beyond my ken but the tone of replies is sometimes dispiriting.
Let's stay positive

Dont often see much bickering on here which is good. Some sites on Facebook are awful with people constantly slagging each other off.
Let’s hope it stays that way.
