Both leisure batteries dead now 5 years not bad anyway decided to buy them wholesale and fit them myself for two reasons
1-- Miles from anyone buy and fit 2-- Cost So is the replacing of the batteries straightforward as in do I remove the fuse for the solar panel first and change then refit the fuse or is anything else Thanks for any info

I recently changed our leisure battery, I just covered the solar panel with a sheet, checked there was no electricity being generated, and swapped over the connections.

No problems at all.

Just make sure the solar panels are disconnected or covered as some solar regulators need the battery connecting first to set the output voltage (12 or 24v).
