Hello all, we’re John and Jo (short for Joanne) and new to this site so thanks for accepting us. We have an annoying problem with our 2012 Bailey Approach 620se that has us stumped. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience. We’ve had our motorhome for two years and I accept that things will go wrong on occasions but I can’t figure this one out, we last used the Motorhome over new year and everything was working perfectly, we went away for this weekend only to find that we were getting no water level readings on the clean water tank, it was filling but no readings and because of this no water pump and no heating. We’ve tried the factory re-set and it says the clean water sensor has a 0.03v Fault! and the Waste water 0.00v Fault! which is a bit confusing as I don’t know if the sensor reading 0.03v is faulty or the waste sensor reading 0.00v the culprit as they both say Fault! we also tried the pump override to no avail. I’ve looked for images of the water tanks to see where the sensors are but can find nothing useful to see if it’s a job I can do at home. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Thanks in advance
John and Jo
