Bailey Autograph Drop Down Bed

Looking for some advice on the feasibility of lowering the drop down bed in my Autograph 79-6

Great van really happy with layout but would love to get the bed lower to use frequently when just the two of us.

Any advice on this greatly appreciated, thanks all.

Yes, the 79-6 manual drop down bed over dinette.

would be great to use more frequently sometimes just too much effort to get up and down the ladder!!

Look at how tall you are, if someone like me well over 6 foot looked at the van its a no no! We just use the rear beds and keep the drop down for guests! You can lower it but it will look so wrong! And lose the use of the dinette
