Does anyone have any experience of mounting a TV in a Bailey Autograph 69-2? There is an obvious place for it, where the TV aerial point and 12v supply are, but the wooden surface on which you would fix the bracket has the fridge right behind and I am very concerned about drilling through into the fridge. Also presumably attaching a bracket onto chipboard is probably not strong enough to hold a 24" television. Anybody been here before?

Sorry no direct experience, my rapido is made of ply and the folding TV bracket was mounted using machine screws into T nuts such as.

Is the wall really chipboard?

We had that model, and was told not to put it up there as the structure is not strong enough. They suggested to rig it up from the side of the over head shelf. In the end we just put the telly on a stand and put it on the shelf, and put it under the bench when we were driving. But sold the van after 12 months, with to many problems, that bailey and Campbell's couldn't/ would not sort out

With the 69-2, its designed to sit on the shelf. You can reinforce with plate behind the fridge and bolt through but its really tight.
Please don't screw through the fridge!
