Adria Twin Supreme
Hi there

We’re just about to take delivery of an Adria Twin and are wondering the best way to transport our golden retriever. She would hate a crate on the floor and likes to see out of the window so we are thinking of a back seat cover. Most of them are designed for cars, without a table, obviously. Any suggestions?

We use a dog bed, a pet seat belt stops her leaving.

Thanks…we’ll give that a try. Can you recommend a pet seat belt?

We got ours from EBay, ours plugs into outside rear passenger belt and allows Sam to go under the table comfortably. Just did a search and there are plenty on offer.
Safe travels

Do your research on seat belt harnesses and restraints as many are not safe in an accident and will tear/break so you end up with an injured dog, you or worse.

We have tried various configurations - best that they are happiest is their baskets on the floor restrained by harnesses into seat belts. Keeps their grubby claws under control when not looking.

Ours, a Labrador, slept in a soft bed under the table. He could see us and also had a lovely view when side door open. If back swat too small what about travelling with table in “bed” position so larger area and safer.

We travel ours in Kurga harnesses ( from Pets at Home) attached to plastic covered cables 2m long threaded through under the seat cushions to anchors in the garage. I bought some corduroy type material from a curtain material shop and made covers which are close fitting. They match in with the interior upholstery and mean no messy throws falling off. They are washable too. Our dogs weight 32 and 42kg so we need them well anchored. They have room to move, turn get up to look out of the windows and the cables do not wrap round their legs and cannot be chewed ( unlike the long nylon line I tried first!)
