Just wondered how to remove the awning off our hymer 524 sl a class can’t see any fixings inside

The internal fixing plates are usually hidden behind plastic covers in the back of cupboards. But some are fitted to brackets that you release by undoing self tapping screws under the awning box. The brackets are attached to the framework inside the wall on some A class vans

Also the bracket will be fixed with a PU like stikaflex along its full length as well as the bolts. So a long job to get off and will leave a right mess.
