I only used the motorhome a few times this year so been in the clean it out for winter and have damp on ceiling above habbition door all the way to back bed and new rear wall and the wall above garage and water in my garage
Does any one else have

Welcome ...

There are 3 types of Autotrail owners.:

1.Ones that have older models and build like a brick s**T house..(y)

2. Newer models that apart from minor glitches are pretty sound.

3. Newer vans that just seem to get all the issues.

I have had number 1 a few times and the last was a number 3.. In 7 years of ownership it had failed habitation reports for water ingress 6 times. Went back to the factory for repair on all but one occassion. Luckily your covered by the warranty, keep a good record of all the issues.. Cant really offer much advise on your situation but fingers crossed for you....

PS... Finally got away from Autotrails last year and moved to a Burstner, reading forums and groups even these have some issues..

You ve answered your own question mate - Go older.

Change to a PVC just look at how the roof is put together on an Autotrail coach-built it's shocking no wonder they leak.

This damp issue is a small problem compared to the other issues
The wardrobe has melted to coat arms from boiler flue pipe
The internal step is loose so it throws you out the door
The lights inside work sometimes
The bathroom door does not catch on latch
No hot water on electric
The waste under the sink was not attached so whet in the fridge electrics
There are more has any body got some of these problems 👎👎🤯

They are a nice looking motorcaravan let down by build quality issues.
I used to PDi this make coach built van at a Dealership.
If you turned the outside fresh water drain tap the pipe at the underslung fresh water tank held with silicone would twist loose and leak.
The bathroom sink was not supported very well and the silicone along the top edge would break when the sink was filled with water.
John guest plastic water pipe connections would blow and leak under pressure and the water pump would pump all the water in the tank inside the van until the tank was empty.
The dinette table support was screwed in to the side wall through thin wallboard ply and the screws would pull out easily.
Outside plastic wheel spats are held on by flimsy Z brackets similar to those that hold green house.
My advice is if possible reject your van as not fit for purpose and ask for your money back.
