Autotrail Habitation Broken Inside Door Lever

Can anyone give me advice as to where I can buy a replacement habitation door inner handle assembly for my Autotrail Apache 700se 2009. The chrome door release lever broke at its base.

I contacted Autotrail and they no longer hold spares for this, they told me the door I have is a Euramax door and the manafacture closed down a few years ago.

I have tried various places including O’Leary Motorhomes recommended by Autotrail but with no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A small engineering workshop may be able to fabricate one for you.

It looks like exactly the same chrome finish handle and lock we have on our 2016 Dethleffs. Might be worth trying Erwin Hymer centre or another Dethleffs dealer to see if they can help?

Thanks for the suggestions, stripping out the lever and taking it to a workshop was on the back of my mind. A replacement would be my preference for quickness. But this route is looking more likely now.
