My 2011 Autotrail Excel 670B has from new, the 12 Volt supply being fed from the cab battery. I would like to change this over to the Leisure batteries. Has any member been in this situation and made the changeover. I would like to know how it is done.
Thanks in advance.

The fridge is normally supplied from the starter battery ONLY when the engine is running as it would flatten the battery otherwise. Generally the 12v option on the fridge is only to maintain the temperature when driving.

A 3 way fridge is not suitable for being run from the 12V leisure battery. The 12V option is purely to allow the fridge to cool when driving. If you want to run your fridge from the battery (perhaps to use solar energy, save gas etc), then you need to replace with a 12V compressor fridge.

The 12v for the controls and light come from the leisure battery. I thought the 12v when travelling came from the alternator.

Yes you are correct the 12v when travelling is actually supplied by the alternator but the supply will come via the cab battery terminal.

Just put ice blocks in the ice box instead

I will take a guess, that the OP mistakenly thinks he can run the fridge from the leisure batteries.
We will only know when he returns with more info.
