Hi, have recently purchased a 2011 Savannah and am trying to find out the make and model of the head system so I can try and source an operators manual.
Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where to look. One problem I have is I cannot find a way to isolate the rear speakers in the rear bedroom. Any ideas?

Check in the "resources" section. I am sure I may have posted something in there when I had my previous Apache 700.
Otherwise I can check my computer files👍 just not tonight as I'm on the white wine. 😂

Try this. If original it could be the 12EL model or the 13EL.

From memory there is a front back fade setting in the menu, somewhere.

I've just added the manual for the 12ELE2000 to Resources section.

Having said that, our 2013 Savannah doesn't have rear speakers in the bedroom but does have them in the lounge area. As tonka says there is an option to balance the volume to each speaker in the menu, pg8.

As an autotrail owner I never knew and never bother with the buttons. Just leave it on radio 2 and that’s about my limit. Haha

If it's this model you'll be changing it soon! Quite a few posts about it. Ours was sent for repair 3 times until the dealer gave up and replaced it with a Pioneer unit.

Replaced ours after dealer "repaired" original 12ELE and then replaced it with a 13ELE.

Not too handy in Spain, Greece, Croatia etc.

12 ele and it’s replacement 13ele are both total junk. Autotrail and their designated repairer have both washed their hands of them. I’ve now got a Panasonic double din head unit in my Apache 2012 model year, satnav facility via all sorts of phone apps, T.V. Is excellent, on top of that it’s DAB so should get great reception for Brit radio stations when in parts foreign. Worth getting it professionally fitted as the wiring at the back of the unit was like a scene from an Italian Restaurant.....

Cheers!

Just out of curiosity what Panasonic unit did you fit?

Hi Gelly neck I hunted back through my eBay account and took a screen shot. I got it fitted by Warrington Car Audio and Towbar centre.

The service from the people I bought the head unit from was second to none.

Cheers!

Russ
