Sounds like an air lock. The pump is probably inside the water tank although I'm not familiar with this model many Autosleepers have the pump inside the water tank and this has caused lots of people to change to a Sureflow external one. For a possible fix in the meantime with the pump turned off open your water taps and drain the freshwater tank, now leaving all the taps open refill the freshwater tank, when full turn off the taps but leave the kitchen tap halfway open on cold now try turning on the pump again, you may need to turn the pump on and off several times to expel any air and get the water running. If this doesn't work turn the pump off, leave all the taps open and take the camper for s ride, four or four miles should do it, then tty the pump again. Ultimately your best option is to fit an external pump that will not prevent future air locks but the external pump will have more power to pull the water through the system and if it fails its easy to replace DIY whereas the internal type pump is a much bigger job and dropping the water tank to do it is a dealer job.
