Hi all,

Ive purchased a 2009 Fiat Autocruise StarBlazer XL now some kind sole has sent me a brochure to look at but it lists only Peugeot makes.

When did the Fiat come into it?

We had a 2011 Autocruise Starfire (swift build) and it was Peugeot based. After that i think they discontinued the coachbuilt brand.:wondering:

I know if I’m right that in 2007 they was taken over and mines 2009 so who did the Fiat models and also who did the Peugeot models.

Mindfield.

They are identical, the only difference I can find is the badge on the front and the steering wheel badge. The two were made at Sevel (Società Europea Veicoli Leggeri") factory at Atessa Val Di Sangro, Italy.

I think the Fiat were Multi point injection where as the Peugeot was HDI.

Its not too confusing to work out the differences as they're so small & as Augusta08 says, they're built in the same factory.

So I can't quite work out what the OP is asking here?

So one has a Fiat engine and the other has a Peugeot engine both made in the same factory and the builds the same.

So no difference apart from engines.

So, I have a Peugeot brochure but did they do one showing the Fiat range?

Also which one is most reliable!
