Strange decision as there is little back up here in the U.K. for Zenec units.

Got a Zenec in my 2020 Geist. It looks like its 10 years old, it's slow and the interface is horrible. I'll replace it when I've got the cash.

Got a Zenec in 2018 Hymercar. Slow interface and SatNav dreadful. Updating data is very complex and needs a PC not an Apple machine. The sound adjustment for SatNav is very difficult to use ( can only change it when the SatNav is speaking - have to guess if left on mute!) and always have to be alert when leaving a site early because on start up the radio comes on at full volume. I would avoid having another one in future. Screen very slow to react as well

We have one in our B678DL and I wanted to change it as the Caratec DSP stopped working I managed to install a pioneer however the camera images were absolute crap compared to Zenec so have reinstalled it.😊

I love them.

When we used to sell a lot of Pioneer, Alpine and Blaupunkt units, when some one was in the shop and you asked "what make system do you currently have?" the second someone said "Zenec" you knew that they were serious buyers!

Never had a problem with ours. AT's 'budget' F line's have the larger screen unit. We also have an Aguri sat nav so use the two together as this fits into the pop up dashboard clamp.

DAB works well so too does the bluetooth and memory stick.

Can't be any worse than the Xzent things AT were fitting

Have a Zenec in our Hymer DL and it works well but there has been a lot of moans about them on the owners group and they say virtually no U.K. backup if it goes wrong.

My experience of the Zenec unit in our 534 Duomobil.
Rubbish - its only just better than a hole in the dashboard.

Yes that’s correct back up is virtually non existent🤔

That’s the camera I had to exchange my rear view under warranty as it kept misting up the new one however is really clear and good picture.👍😊

So... leaving Lochranza today and guess what? Yep, no signal to the reverse/rear view camera. Came on intermittently throughout the journey home but refused to work when reversing up the driveway.

I realise I will probably be burnt at the stake for saying this, but I actually quite like the XZent 280 we have fitted. The screen is big, a good resolution and nice and clear. The radio works well as does the interface with our phones. I'm sure there are better pieces of kit out there but for a budget thing it's ok in my book!
