Are Personal Lease Plans ( or similar) available in France to non-residents?

Wondering if we could lease a car for use when in France as non-residents. We wouldn’t be owners of the vehicle thereby not falling foul of the prohibition of registering a vehicle as a non-resident. Hiring a car for more than 28 days seems impossible.

We have a second home here and would like to have a car whilst here as it‘s impracticable to use the motorhome for shopping, trips out etc. Don’t want to tow a car either. Looking for a solution.

I don’t think so . Our Canadian family did this direct from Citroen but I think it is only available to countries outside Europe .

I don’t think so . Our Canadian family did this direct from Citroen but I think it is only available to countries outside Europe .

Would ‘outside Europe’ not now include the UK?
