Anyone know this couple who ha e been in Javea, Spain ?

No wonder the oiks are smiling, they obviously think ripping people off is humourous, try it with me see how funny it is to have your hands amputated . . .

Hope the victims find these sub human scum.
 
Online Trial and conviction and now being slated by members. This is a matter for the police ! If the story is accurate then criminal charges should be brought against them. They are apparently in Manchester according to the poster ???? It all seems a bit odd and one sided to me.

I realise the post is a share and it's 3 months old, but why didn't the owner collect the rent off them or out them earlier?

Lots of potential inaccuracies and odd things in this post for my liking. Opening line states now back in Manchester. Last line is anybody know where these people are ? States car has not been M.O.T from 2008 when the MOT ran out in 2018. Also, states they left UK under a cloud and were bankrupt ???? How would one know this and who are all these other people looking for them too. A bit odd I think.

Not always easy if you are in one country and your property is in another. There may also be different laws on eviction. I don’t know about Spain but in a France you cannot evict anyone between November and March ( might be April) even if they don’t pay rent. I had problems with a Dutch couple who rented my property while I was helping my daughter in the UK ( the prem baby/ daughter v ill when pregnant saga) Neighbour called local gendarmes who stopped by with a warning and they moved out, owing rent and non payment of utilities.

I appreciate what you say. But I wouldn’t of posted it had I not known more advance.

Trial by Facebook I get.

but this couple are, as I understand it are multiple offenders.

And they have not been on to defend themselves.

very difficult to do in some cases. Also even when they aren't paying the rent you cannot cut off the services. It is illegal. Can take years to get them out legally.

There's hundreds of scum like it out here. i've 22 on my list that I wouldn't hesitate to execute out of hand just to get my pension money back & there are about 900 others who have been robbed of millions.

I've also just seen where they where. they thrive on it up there in Calpe, Xabia, Denia,, Moraiara, Altea.
i'm not allowed up there for fear of what I would do.:giggle:
 
Without going into it, and leaving a paper trail, me and a friend suspected squatters we got in there and threw them out, had they been quiet and not smoked dope they would have got way with it. 🙂
I did warn them, they were very lucky as we esorted them out, 🤨 had it been my apartment they would have broken legs. 😯🤔 Bob.
