Anyone got a part No for the exhaust heat shield Ducato 2017 base unit

Has anyone got a part No for the exhaust heat shield on my 2017 130 Ducato base unit, checked on line and it looks like there are 3 different kinds.

Any help would be good.

i think you will need to phone a main agent with your vin number to be sure
