absolutely love it and would buy it as a project/show van. We watch counting cars on sky tv. On the show, the owner Danny Koker and one of his artists, Horny Mike have both restored and modernised old GMC campers from the 70s for themselves. I believe the bodyshell is GRP so no issues of rust on that, just the chassis and running gear
They are not particularly rare in the USA and parts are easy to obtain, but I would suggest that the asking price is still a little high for what it is, even considering shipping, tax and a week of getting it ready for sale
TheBig1 I must admit, that whilst modern American RV's do absolutely nothing for me, there is something about the GMC campers that I bloody adore. I don't know if it's the exterior design or just how advanced they were for their time, but I would have one in a heartbeat if I had the cash and somewhere to actually use it!
