Anyone a framing a Brabus (1 Viewer)

Hi all I know with Smart cars, the best one to A frame tow is the 451 model and I believe you can’t tow a 453 at all but the question is can you tow a 451 Brabus, has anyone got one? I can’t see there being any difference but as the Brabus is the full on sports version just wondering if the gear box was the same?
Or I could just buy a Abarth

I’ve been looking into more ‘interesting’ flat tow options recently. As you surmise, the Abarth is an obvious choice. However, I think I may end up with with a VW UP GTi at some point.

I dont know the answer to the question but you might be able to answer one i have.
We bought an a-frame including a purpose made towing bracket for a smart car .The seller had removed it from his 2008.
We have never fitted it just put it in the garage.
Decided last month to try to fit it to our 2006 but it wont fit.
I assume they must have a different design front end.
Do you know if this is the case. I had thought about selling it but would not want to mislead a buyer
