Any tips for travelling through Serbia and Macedonia to Greece?

Hi currently parked up outside a hotel in Croatia near boarder. Will be leaving early tomorrow to travel to Greece, hopefully will make it to Greece in one long day. However any tips on places to stop should we not make as good progress as we hope would be appreciated.

Don't know where you are now but we're in Ankara. If you've haven't seen Montenegro and spent some time in Macedonia you've missed out. We might have some tips if let us know where you're heading.
