Had a call this morning saying we will take payment by Direct Debit for my Amazon Prime, ( I don't have it) if you have query or want to stop it press 1. using a American accent

Same here, I would have gave the person some choice words but like most calls this was a recording

Had that exact same phone call this morning on my landline. Automated voice but I still told it to fo

Was at Son's on Monday had similar call that said something like " Amazon delivery is due today press 1 to confirm"

Mechanical type voice so just put phone down.

Was a child in the room so couldn't use thealeman response......
