Another £8 CL

We’re in Sussex for the bank holiday weekend. We’ve found a beautiful site for £8 a night and we’re Billy no mates. Doesn’t get much better than this!

We stay on one near our daughters in Kimberly. £8 pn. Great farm, flat, great walks and only a mile from family. What’s not to like. Not far from the Peak District either. These places still exist but nearly all no EHU at this price. Suits us fine.

Church Barn Farm CL, near Battle.

We love CLs, I simply do not like crowds & bigger sites just float my boat.
I still adore wilding & stargazing, but if you want power & toilets etc, you can't go far wrong with the better CLs.

What is it about moles liking CLs I wish they would camp out at the bigger sites. If they paid rent we could close the CL and live of the income.

It is bliss. We’ve woken up this morning to peace and quiet, apart from the birds. No dogs barking, no children yelling, just tranquility. There are several walks from the site and we’re looking forward to exploring today. We’re staying here all day, as it’s bank holiday Monday and we don’t fancy crowds of people.
