I've just been watching an LDV convoy video, and it had a different arrangement for the passenger seats. They were backward facing, and close to the bulkhead. I'm still thinking about the possibilities of this arrangement for solo living, but with the occasional passenger(s) I haven't seen this before, and I'm not sure that my passengers would like it. It also means that I can't have a dividing partition between the cab and the living area.

I've more or less talked myself out of the idea, but can anyone think of any positive benefits?

I leave my passenger seat permanently swivelled. I have to have the back wound right down so I can see the wing mirror, though :)

Ah! Another point against the concept.

I've just conducted a telephone survey, 4 people are against it, and one was indifferent, but I think she was more concerned with getting her crumble out of the oven, than commenting on my seating arrangements.

Now you guys can see why I am called Wild Brambles. My ideas are a bit wild at times, and I often get tangled up in them. :)
