Just completing a long (for us) 4000 km trip around the Nordics, no washes so far but it’ll be one of the first things I do when back on Friday. So far it’s washed very easily and comes up like new although after one year and approx 12000 km it now takes a little more effort to remove any dirt, but just a standard jet wash.
Going to retreat the front screen as that was great but wears off more quickly, as someone pointed out you need to avoid using your wipers ideally.

You should never use a jet washer on a Motorhome.
