Think it’s Alko chassis but not sure either lol . 7.5mI can see the guages are Alko make but that chassis does not look like an Alko chassis , but, i could be wrong, look up Marcle leisure web site,
just fitted these a few months ago , to state the obvious you could just use the air springs

could be correct..
Cheers Phill. I think I’ve found the ones I have in the photo on my last replyThe air bag system fitted may be Alko but the chassis may not. the Alko chassis layout is different and is torsion bar as far as I know, not the leaf spring arrangement.

The mechanic told me they were spit due to being old and perished ,when he did the MOT and service last year . So you don’t think it’s likely ?Failure of the bags is unusual. Have you checked the pipework & all connectors?
It's perfectly possible - just not common. Especially in pairs. The mechanic told me they were spit due to being old and perished ,when he did the MOT and service last year . So you don’t think it’s likely ?
I get the impression the last couple of owners didn’t really bother with repairing things like that . They are probably 14 years old and failed at different times I would guessIt's perfectly possible - just not common. Especially in pairs.

Did try . Will try that againIf they are left under inflated for long period they can get damaged, but its worth trying to reinflate them and checking the pipework as has been suggested.
Are both sides losing air?Just put some air in and they have inflated and are very slowly losing air . Looks like it could well be a leak in one of the lines as you suggest .

Took these pictures 7 minutes apart . Looks like the left gauge is going down and the right is holding ?

Do I remove the gauge to check the joint or will that be under the van ?its a tracking job then along what looks to be the Black line from the guage to the bellows with the old soapy water spray,
assuming its a pipe problem then it is most likely to be either; damage to the line; or at one of the joints and there should only be 2, one at the guage and one at the bellows.
if thats not the case then i would use the soapy water over the bellows to check for any leaks there. the pipe line is as cheap as chips to replace.
so its on your back under the van im afraid
just remove the black cover and spray some soapy water (made up in a small spray bottle if you have one) over the joint and watch carefully for any bubbles, if there is a leak you will see bubbles form and pop judging by the slow loss of pressure then you will need to watch carefully. same at the bellows end spray the joint and watch.Do I remove the gauge to check the joint or will that be under the van ?
Found it ! It’s a leaky bag but just the one side. What should I do ? Can it be repaired ? Can I replace just one or should I get a set of 2 ?
