Alde 3020HE - strange problems

It doesn’t seem to heat when on electric. It sort of works on gas if I turn on manually. The day mode doesn’t work at all. Then when driving down the road today, after an hour, thought the van was getting toasty and noticed massive amount of heat coming from the radiators!

Can someone familiar with Alde (always had Truma before) that the settings on the screenshot show that it is off? Surely with gas deselected and elec set to zero, it shouldn’t be kicking out any heat?

I can't see a screenshot. However, I have found that a system reset usually sorts out any anomalies, as it is easy to set it awry!
