I'm stuch and need some help from those smarter with thechnical stuff than me!

I have a Sterling alarm and immobiliser system which has worked faultlessly to date.

I went into the van earlier this morning, disarmed the alarm and alarmed it again as normal - and all was fine.

An hour later, I went to get in again and the alarm wouldn't disarm (no beep in response to pressing the fob button). When I put the key in the ignition, I was able to disarm the immobiliser as normal and start the engine. This also seemed to stop the alarm (which was now going off). When I then tried to reset the alarm again no beeps in response to the fob button, and the alarm isn't armed.

I tried both fobs and changed to a new battery in one - so it doesn't seem to be that.
I've checked both batteries and both are fully charged.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Chris

It doesn't sound like the problem you're having but on one occasion I found my alarm wouldn't set and the reason was one of the cab doors wasn't shut properly!
