Search for sites give aires we could use on our way back to Bilbao next week. But, we have a motorcycle on a trailer behind us. What are the rules please?

Not sure of rules, but French, Dutch, German etc don't seem to care.
Seen plenty of motorhomes pulling trailers, only restrictions might be on some smaller aires or those that are especially busy / popular

I'm no expert but if it was busy I would park somewhere else, if it wasn't busy I'd be happy enough to park there.

I've used plenty of aires in France and Spain towing a car on a trailer, even automatic barrier type aires.
I always look on google earth and street view to see the size and layout before going, if it's big enough - grass run off for backing the trailer onto etc, then I go there.

When we towed our motorcycles behind us we used to disconnect the trailer and park it behind us or alongside us depending on where markings, if any, were.

If you make sure you are not inconveniencing others you are unlikely to have a problem, (at least in our experience).

Do what lots of our continental friends do. Unhitch your trailer and park right it next to your van, not too close mind, taking up two spaces.
