Almost how longs a piece of string that one.
They need to be firm enougj to stop bounce or sag but soft enough so they dont make the ride as hard as hell.
Best do a few test runs and vary the pressures untill you happy with the ride and the amount of lean/roll in corners

It very personal and depends on weights and how you want it to handle.
I run my Fiat based Hymer, plated at 3850 at about 2.6bar, 3 bar seems a bit hard

dunlop say on there air bag fitting instructions measure the vehicle height unladen, say from a towbar or other reference point then load up for normal use/water etc then inflate till the original ride height is achieved, on mine that's 40psi and works a treat.
