Air suspension for Mercedes 616

Hi, has anyone had air suspension fitted to their Mercedes 616 chassis motorhome? Our Concorde has the usual rock and roll and I thought at long last I'd sort it out. It turns out VB no longer produce a kit and neither do Dunlop. Any suggestions!

Have you talked to Mick at SAP he might be able to do something for you as he is an engineer not just a fitter.

AS Air Suspension based in Warrington fitted our 616 based Concorde 8/9 years ago … we are very satisfied with it.

Hi, yes Mick did our E&P levelling. Unfortunately he’s tied to VB who have discontinued the kit for the Merc.

I realise this post is a bit old now but if you didn't get it sorted out, I emailed AirRide limited who do custom air suspension and they have said the following

"Mercedes 616 is quite rare, could you send us some pictures of the existing suspension and measure the diameter of the axle tube on the rear?"

Can anyone help with that? if you can PM me with them I'll send it to them, maybe we can get a better price for having two done if you haven't already found a solution.
