ADVICE WANTED RE A VET IN SANTANDER FOR PET PASSPORT

Can anyone recommend a vet in Santander Spain that speaks good English please as we need to get our little dogs pet passport treatment done there.
Also, can anyone recommend an Aire or campsite in Santander that is near to the vets and ferry port too.

Sue, if you have a look at camper contact there is an aire at the marina not far ftom the port. Stayed there this year and is fine, electric hook up if you get there early enough. Think there is only about a dozen or so spaces. But failing that there is loads of parking space adjacent to the marina, just before you get to the aire, which is fine to park up in and lots of Brits do that rather than use the aire.

Which ever Vet you use could you let me know details and I'll add it to the Map - if you recommend them.

If anyone else has used a Vet for the Pet Passport recently could they let me know details which will help other Dog owners.

We stayed at zarautz on the way home last year and used the vets in the town, Zaunka klinika, nice and friendly efficient not to dear.
Alas when we tried to board the ferry we were denied entry as the vet had written the wrong date on the passport!
a frantic trip to another vets ensued, withus being the last vehicle on the ferry. Had we missed it would have meant a drive up through France.
Always check the paperwork.

as posted above i have used Inis at st vicente de barquera many times .
speaks perfect english . she had a uk boyfriend for years . not me .
but her or the other vets in there are great.
my old dog used to like going to see her , wagged her tail ever visit. .
these days we use the dentists not far from the vets good prices and good treatment .
Isobel is the dentist, again good english . just a couple of streets above the vets .
