Advice on getting LPG fill on A27.

This Sunday we are driving from home to Port Solent in Portsmouth because we have a service booked at Adams Morey on Monday morning. We are low on LPG and can anybody tell us where we can get a fill up on or near the A27 between Lewes and Portsmouth please.

You could try polegate roundabout which I think is a big co op garage.
Or failing that on the a22 at golden cross, about 4 miles away.
We used it two weeks ago & it was fine. It’s next to where marquis used to be before the fire.

We always use Morissions at Littlehampton only a short detour.

Don't bother with the BP at at A23/A27 junction pump is awkward to access in a larger van.

Nope, still there and confirmed on my lpg.eu on 18th Oct.

Never known Golden cross to be out of stock, just be aware it's very slow to start.

Only 15 min from Lewes we often use it.
Right hand pump has broken knob use thick gloves or get a very sore thumb. Also display is very dim.
It's been like it for over a yead

Littlehampton out of service hasn't worked for me for a while. I use this place.

Bit more money but lad does it for you nice people. Do hire servicing etc and have large paint shop and workshop. Maybe handy for some.

Weekdays 0900 to 1600, Saturdays 1000 to 1400 and closed Sundays. Based on a Business Park with reasonable access. Leave A27 on the Nyton Road B2233 (I avoid Norton Lane which cuts off the corner) then turn right onto the Oving Road. Left onto Woodhorn Lane (ignore the 6ft 6in width limit you don’t use the narrow bit and access is allowed) and then left onto the Woodhorn Business Centre. Easy drive.
