Adrian Flux Windscreen Cover

Hello. Thinking of insuring my 1997 Burstner 'A' Class with Adrian Flux. Their quote is competitive, but looking in the small print it says windscreen cover is limited to £1000 . Seems on the low side to me . Is that standard for Adrian Flux ? Is it enough ? Suggestions ?

unlikey to be enough, consensus seems to be about £3k for screen cover, and even that’s tight.

You need a minimum of £3k preferably more, if you only have £1k and the screen costs 2-3k it will be treated as a normal accident claim.

You could try phoning them to discuss this, they're quite good at offering 'customised' quotes.

I phoned Adrian Flux this morning and they confirmed the £1000 limit on windscreen claims and were not able to 'customise' to a higher limit. I'm surprised as many on here are insured with them. Do any of you with Adrian Flux have windscreen cover above £1000 ?
