adria twin supreme 640slb hook up problems

I am currently in the far east of Turkey with my 2 year old adria twin supreme. When I hook up to the mains 230v the icon power control does not light up on the control panel. The truma heating is working on electricity and is showing it is connected to the mains. Also the 3 pin power outlets all work. The cab and leisure
batteries do not seem to be charging. Any ideas on the problem and how to fix it?

When that happened to me (Sun Living by Adria van) I found the battery charger had been switched off in error. Not sure if the power icon was lit or not though so may not be the same issue.
