Adria Twin 640 Supreme roof vent conversion

Hi. . I am planning to replace my rear roof vent with a powered fan vent (Fiamma Turbo. . probably) Does anyone know if there is 12v wiring in place or nearby this area? Adria does not have a wiring diagram and are not responding . . I want to keep this as neat as possible obviously, and was thinking of doing the job myself. .

The 640 Supreme is pre-wired for the Truma Aircon unit (I had one installed after market). There is power and a digital connection to the boiler. I watched the fitter expose the wiring. I think the power wire terminates close to the boiler also as he had to do something with the consumer unit. I believe there both 240v and 12 v supplies up there, as there is a light that can come on when not hooked up to mains.

Look at the maxxfan. Great bit of kit. My Adria (plastic version) was pre wired
