Hi
I am thinking to change all my interior lights to led, the rear in the sleep/living area are all led already, but I am trying to identify the names of the other bulbs like in the kitchen the round one and the extractor ones etc, there is no diagram for the location of the lights just some obscure names, like lighting roof hood, so just need to know bulb specs (like halogen 12 v g4s, bulb with bayonet but what size and are these ones the round kitchen ones) and the location to order the led equivalent ones from the internet

Thanks

What u need to do is post some pics and u will get an answer.
Maybe u cant post picsif u dont sign up?

Probably easiest to take the bulb out and have a look or post a photo if not sure

Manufacturers may use various fittings so can't guarantee just because someone has a G4 in theirs that yours would be the same.

If you can't find.an equivalent some of us use led strips and make one

Replaced all mine in my Coral. I bought replacements from atenlighting.

I ended up changing many a second time as I didn’t want them as bright, so make that decision now, and save a few quid.

most of mine were these

and a few of these.

One of the pitfalls of LED is they aren't pretty if you can see them. I've left our old 5w Halogens spots in for now till we find a decent replacement as the bulbs are exposed.

We used some of these elsewhere but ours are non dimmable

Look good and found some for 50p a time at a carboot.. happy days!

We went for warm white.. some of the white ones are just too harsh

Thanks the only one I still can not figure is the extractor hood one, how do I get to them? The little round flat ones over the cooker and think.

If like our cooker hood at home then the glass disk has a chrome ring round it that prizes out.
Take a pic if not sure

I remember our hood ones being different to the rest, and a bit of a fight. Think they may have needed rotating to release the glass. Was a good while ago.
