Ad Blue en France (1 Viewer)

We now have a new van that (unfortunately) needs Ad Blue.

Of to France in May, how widespread is it and does anyone know of a reliable website or app to search for it?

I've also read that you cannot use HGV pumps for adblue in France, is that true?

Quite a few of the large hypermarkets have AdBlu pumps. I use the myLPG.eu app.

Thanks, already got that app but how do you get it to search for adblue?

When I open it it lists the nearest LPG stations. If you want to look elsewhere zoom out till you find the area you want and zoom in on the indicated stations. You may find that regular fuel stations, like the Shell/BP ones here which stock LPG, only let cars fill up. Never had that problem with hypermarkets.

If you use SearchForSites then LPG pumps are also identified with feedback from users.

I've used the HGV pumps for adblue a few times to top up. Never had a problem.

Most supermarkets also sell AdBlu in containers. More expensive than pumps but you can carry it with you.

Prices vary widely so we wait until we see it at a good price and buy then.
