Hi this is a serious query so don't really want the usual funnies, have any of you who use acsi had an e-mail in the last couple of days saying that they have lost our bank details, and giving a link to open to renew them. We are concerned as the bank info was given in December, and we have received the 2021 book and info, reason for our concern is that we had our computer hacked in February last year and don't want the experience again so if you have had a similar request it would be reassuring to know

had an email inviting me to take part in a survey twice deleted both. looked legit but even if it was no thanks.

I would delete it. they will write if its really a problem.

They were genuine... at least the ones I got were.. mailed and asked and checked the url of the site hosting the survey
The questions asked were innocuous and did not ask any personal details

You may have an ACSI account. I do. Go onto Acsi sign in with your password etc and make payment there.
