Good morning !

Does anyone know the their email address as we're using ACSI sites early in the new year and my membership card probably won't have arrived in time.

Also, I'm just a little bit bewildered about which option I should choose for membership renewal,

I see Campingcard ACSI subscription 2020 from 12.95 Euro

and Campingcard ACSI 2020 from just 16.95 Euro

It's the first one right ?

Thanks.

The discounted price is for signing up to a minimum 2 year deal that auto renews, with the app included the price reverts to the full amount for the second and subsequent years.

The site discount card is included as part of the two books with all the sites in them. Is that what you've ordered as mine arrived couple of weeks ago?

There is a separate ACSI ID card which doesn't give discounts (although it has done so on occasion when I've mistakenly proffered the wrong card). It's basically a camping carnet and costs around €5.

There is an email address on the ACSI Camping Card site but the best of luck getting any reply now - it's basically quite a small organisation with only a couple of folk in the office.

Thanks for the help.

I've only just ordered today and we're planning to stay in ACSI sites early in the new year. Won't have the 2020 card though xroll:

Had this link for a while..... don't know how current it is. We have one "booked" for when they get their stock at the beginning of Jan. at Camping Didota, Orpresa.

If you search on their site there is a list of the sites that sell the card in Spain.........................it's always worth asking if they will give you the ASCI rate even without the card.

We have gone direct with acsi they were doing a two year deal, but it was a pain so not worth the discount they gave, they said they sent it out and it was lost, they will send another but would send it to the same site that we was leaving not the one we was going to. ?
We used vicarious books for many years, they was very good and reliable, but getting it at the campsite 10 minutes walk away is great, buy it put it in the motorhome job done. ? Bob
