I think it is only silicon so it will be fine.
Also on the toilet seal olive oil works well also the window rubber.
If you don't want to use silicon/oil on the window seals as it tends to leave a greasy black mark on the window. Use baby powder, don't use talc as the perfumes in it can rot the seal.

The silicone spray is recommended - keeps the rubbers supple and will stop them sticking to the side of the van.
