This is probably a bit obscure but I think Jim has heard of this organisation and no doubt others too.

But they seem to be running out of new blood and have several vacancies on their Committee. Below is an email they have just sent out requesting volunteers. I know nothing about them so don't ask me anything, I can only suggest contacting them directly if you have any questions.

Dear Club Representative
We would be grateful if you would communicate this request to individual members of your club.
The ACCEO committee should comprise of twelve voluntary members who meet in January, May and October and between meetings communicate by e-mail to manage the affairs of the Association.
Currently there are four, and in May there will be five vacancies on the committee. We need people to look after Membership, Minute taking and National Parks & Extended rallies but we would welcome anyone who would like to gain experience of belonging to the committee before committing to a particular post.
