Try speaking to the owner of the site and see if there still paying site or storage fees. before you do anything else.
I expect they have some arrangement in place and could be used as a holiday stopover.
No details then you have to track the owners down.or the owners relations And only then can you start to make further enquiries with dvla tax mot.

With tax and mot dosent look like it's abandoned for 18 month's must have been taxed last June and insurance up to date.
