Well the good news is that the great and powerful gremlins that run our country have now decided NOT to close the A303 in Wiltshire for 14 weeks commencing in February. After a trial run one Sunday which practically shut the whole County down they are having further "Consultations" on what should be done. The bad news is that the road obviously has got to be repaired as it is in such a poor state and they are going to try make up their minds how to do it. Whatever they decide it will be mayhem when it does go ahead.
