A really really long Phoenix.

Tilting solar panel as well, I wonder if it tracks the sun?

No, (I got the binos out:LOL::LOL:) I think he has to put them up manually. I didn't get chance to speak to him but if its the same guy I spoke to before he uses it to kitesurf at Tan Tan so parked up for long periods.

It must be close to bottoming on ferry ramps.

I used to occasionally drive the longest 18 tonne chassis that Scania made. I can't remember what the wheelbase was but probably 6 metres or so and it was a nightmare to find somewhere to turn it round. It was such a pain they would only let artic drivers out in it and in the end bought an artic.

I like to have my scooter and bicycles inside but if I got to wanting/needing a car, the extra length and the disruption to the living space and limits to where you can go I would just buy a decent trailer for it.

If it's the layout I posted Jon it's only 2 inches shorter than the UK maximum of 12 metres for a rigid truck.

Thanks Martin

But your link bought up the configuration tool and not the finished article for me.

Jeepers creepers, the overhang must be nearly as long as our first little old Autosleeper Symbol. Can’t imagine he’d go on the little ferries across the the Rhine and Mosel!
