I have just come across this. Seems like a very good idea and saves all that lifting of manhole covers and losing your screw cap down the elsan.

This made me think could a strategically placed cassette exchange work . Hand in your full one collect cleaned and prepared exchange .
I know that there are loads of barriers to this including various cassette types but we have been thing with gas bottles so its an idea where there muck there brass

Used one in Spain just for the novelty of it. Had visions of cassette reappearing in bits but it was really good and cassette was sparkling.
