72 Hour test entering Spain

Hi ok l know you need a test to enter Spain by Sea and Air but what about driveing in, have friends leaving Portugal soon heading to Santander will get test in Spain to get on boat but what about getting into Spain ? anyone know ?

Spain to France = yes you need a PCR
France to Spain, i believe it's not needed

Now after that will they get asked ? very few checks actually occur although this morning at the border they were checking a few cars coming into to France from Spain.

Yes you need a test but the Portuguese borders are shut.+it is 11days in a hotel on arrival.in UK
